The Hermitts formed during the long, long lockdown of 2020. Their fuzzed up, melodic sound has been likened to Teenage Fanclub on Psilocybin, whilst their lyrics explore the weird ennui that's crept into everyone's lives in the past few years. Based in Stoke-on-Trent, their influences range from Pavement to Love, Dinosaur Jr to Urusei Yatsura, Duane Eddy to Phil Collins.
